What do you prefer to eat for breakfast?

Just recently, I decided to eat much healthier foods like sweet potatoes and corn instead of bread and cookies.
As I age, I become more conscious of my health. But I have a question, why is it that your body craves for junk foods when you eat healthy foods?
Say, for one week, I eat fruits and vegetables, the following week, I crave for some junks? I seldom eat chips and ice cream maybe a few days in a month. But I will try my best not to eat them often. I dread hospital when I get old.
So, what do you prefer to eat for breakfast?

For some reason we become addicted to bad foods and the body craves them. I'm one that I'm never hungry in the morning and usually eat something around 3 PM. Yes, nothing from the evening before and I have plenty of energy. We have to listen to our body but not when it's craving junk foods, at least not too often.

@Janet357 Listen to your body and work with it. There is no right way or wrong way. We are all different.

I like fruit to eat fruit for breakfast. Strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, just to name a few. I like the antioxidants and the energy.

I have bread spread with Vegemite but only to help me swallow some big tablets I'm having. Until I started on the calcium/Vitamin D tablets, I wouldn't have breakfast at all.
