I use half my earnings and write a check every month to my favorite charity. My husband adds to it. It’s the best way to do it.

@japanesesamurai We know which ones to trust. All donations go directly to the good ones and not into a CEO’s pocket.

What a nice thought. If you have any problems donating I would ask Admin as they might have some ideas. It's sad that you won't be coming back here though.

@japanesesamurai That's really nice of you. Most people would keep it for themselves.

We don't have any official way of donating money that you earn here to any charities or good causes If you know the PayPal ID of any charity you want to support and if it's acceptable to them you can put that PayPal ID in your Profile in place of your own but that is entirely up to you and at your own risk. The problem with putting someone else's PayPal ID in place of your own is that the person/organisation would not know who was making the donation since they would only see that the payment came from myLot. This might cause administrative and accounting problems for them. It is probably going to be a lot simpler (and often more acceptable to the charity) if you make any donations directly to them from your own account. There re literally thousands of worthy causes worldwide. Some are local charities, some are national and some are international. It is entirely up to you what you choose to support but it is always worth checking any particular cause independently so that you know that your donations will be used to good effect.

Perhaps you could determine first your interest and let people know and from there people here could give suggestions. Some examples would be animals, children, people afflicted with diseases, the elderly etc...some people also have a preference for certain regions or countries that they wish donate to.
