Feeling Blessed on A Saturday

I almost cannot feel my backpain; thank you to the chakra frequency music. It is breezy day and that is lovely.
I have roof on my head and food on the table. And I'm grateful.
I am not expecting much from life, myself or other people anymore. I just want as each moment unfolds. Life is given to me free. I will just enjoy its ups and downs.

Well, I know it is here to visit and stay awhile. This happens specially when something is bothering me emotionally. I hope I can pull myself our into positivity.

One cannot reach the moon sitting on a moonbeam. But, one will get much pleasure looking at the moon. Good music is always a nice thing. Have a nice weekend.

You can easily find it in youtube channel Meditative Mind. It is for healing emotional blockages and chakras. In my case, my backpain, depression and anxiety.
