DO sing in the shower. Singing boosts your immunity and your mood. DON'T have surgery in July if you can help it. July is the month when new doctors in training begin their residencies in teaching hospitals. Research shows that fatalities spike by at least 10% during this time. DON'T allow your dog to stick his head out of the window when traveling. Debris in the dog's eyes, ears and nose can cause an injury at high speeds. DO breathe more efficiently when exercising. Breathing through both the mouth and nose helps oxygen fuel your fat burn. DO chew celery after drinking red wine. The celery scours away stains like a toothbrush. Photo Credit: Pixabay

Have you ever heard of Atul Gawande? He is a doctor and author, and he wrote a book about how hospitals run. He mentions what you were talking about, the spike in July. It was a fascinating book, and kind of scary.

See this stuff I need to know. I did not know that about doctors and all that, how interesting. I did have to get stitches removed one time and homie was to scared and referred to another doctor saying I need to watch you. I was thinking you not going to make it because I could take out stitches. I almost did not go because was not sure if they were the fall out kind and my work told me I needed to go. haha. I still regret it, 335 bucks for 5 stitches to be put in and taken out. Took like 10 minutes. This country is not right and that is with insurance. When saw the bill I am like what the hell? No wonder people are so angry all the time.

Wow! Yes, you're right. That's quite a charge for 10-minutes' work.

I wonder when our trainees start doing operations. I'll have to remember to check if I ever need an op.

Some good tips especially about the surgery. Dogs do love to stick their heads out the window don't they. "Putting their head] out the window gets them closer to all the exciting happenings outside of the car, lol.

Just don't dance in the shower while you are singing! That could be dangerous! But those are all good to know.
