Clouds and Trees ~ Backyard View From Deck

Since the days are longer now, the sun does not set unit around 8:pm. This photo was taken at 7:pm yesterday evening from my deck. I was out watching the bluebirds and snapped a photo with my phone.
Amazing how you can still see all the blue skies and clouds that late in the evening. A few minutes later we got another rain shower. Much needed rain. I did not have to water the garden again.
Hoping today we will get more rain. And the bluebirds will be leaving soon, as I keep saying. Nature has so much to offer. I try to enjoy all I can especially this time of year.

I love nature and it's sweet smells in the air, especially in the spring time. I remember picking vegetables from my family garden with my parents and two brothers. Then we'd sit out on the patio breaking the ends off of the string beans before we bagged them along with the other vegetables and stored them into the freezer.

! I know you have all that nature around you, but I am always also in awe of the size of your yard as it is literally like a park . . . we don't have yards like that out here!!

Ooh, that’s pretty. Lovely color of the sky.
PS — not that it matters, but I hate central time in the winter in Nashville. I’d come out of the Hall of Fame when I was doing my college internship and it’d be pitch black at 4:30 PM!
