So today when I go outside to buy some grocries, unfortunately to me , my previous boss is stopping my car and said he recognise me as one of the employee for his company 20 years ago. Although I was scared I pull out my strength to talk to hime peacefully at this time of crisis. So he ask me back my employee provident fund that he give me for some time ago. He said I made he very angry and couldnot sleep at night thinking about this money. I said I already resign but he said he will sue me. I want this problem to end peacefully but he said when I was his workers he said I did not perform well enough and make him lost the money of A4 papers, electricity, and others. Isaid how can i do? He said return my money and there is no problem. How to go about this problem? I really need help.

How can he do that if you're no longer an employee? That's very shallow!

@Hailey39 Maybe you should report him so that he cannot come near you again.

I know that many people and businesses are desperate for money these days but this guy is pushing his luck! There is NO WAY you should give money back which was given to you in good faith 20 years ago. He is a bully and is blackmailing you. If he tries it again you should tell him flatly that you will report him to the police for attempted blackmail.

Go to the police and report your Boss, he has no right to ask your money back.

It is against the law, I'm sure, to have a boss ask for money back that you earned. I'd report him to the police immediately.
