Do you have allergies? How do you get relief? What works for you?

I have allergic rhinitis and it's usually all year round hahaha. I just need to have enough sleep, stay away from dusts and all things that triggers it, which is mostly all things...

Everyone has allergies what triggers them is different for each of us. I take allergy meds bills I can take them up to 6 of them a day but normally take them twice a day.

I have fruit allergy! So I minimize the consumption of fruits. Dry fruits are ok. The only fruit I am used to is tomato! Because tomato is used heavily as an ingredient in our Indian recipe.

I have a seasonal allergy---allergic to 'oak,' I think; or maybe 'elm' or something ... it's actually 'an allergy most of my family' has; I don't think a doctor has actually diagnosed me with it. Anyway; when my allergy comes up (sneezing, usually; sometimes with an itchy throat & stuffy nose), I take some 'generic' (i.e. not name-brand) loratadine.

I'm allergic to pollen. I have to stay indoors when it comes.

I have nickel allergy. Most people with this type of allergy are only allergic to jewelry etc that contain nickel. My allergy is more severe and I get red spots all over my body if I eat food that contains a high level of nickel. I wear my wedding ring which is safe to wear, but I don't buy other kinds of jewelry. I avoid food that contain a lot of nickel.

@BrownEyedGirl91 I have an allergy to penicillin so have something saying not to give me penicillin. I also might be allergic to something else and had something to take, but, cannot find what I took so have nothing to take and am saving what have to take in winter when need it.

I do have allergy to extreme cold..and have to take anti allergic to prevent it

i dont eat crustacea, it may make me itchy and headache and vomit

I get hayfever and I am allergic to red frootloops a sugary cereal... Only the red ones though which is odd

I don't have allergies but my sister does. She is allergic to shrimp. So, everytime she eating out, she always avoid shrimp.

When I was a child I had allergies shown with sneezing and runny eyes. I went away to college at 16 years old and seemed well there. When I went home my allergies would play up again. I think I was allergic to the cat fur. I have had poodles as they are non molting. I stay away from nail varnish that makes me gasp.

I have an allergy against stupidity. Unfortunately there is no other remedy than staying away from the affected distributors.

I am only allergic to egoists so I do well to stay as far away from them as possible!
