I made chicken dimsum or dumplings

Good morning! It is 5:57 am here Tuesday. Yesterday i made one of my favorite food of all time. It is dimsum. We call it dimsum here in indonesia. Some people might recognize it as dumplings. The one that i made was dimsum with the fillings of minced chicken mixed with pepper, sesame oil, salt, sugar, soy sauce. then wrapped in dumpling skin. You can add green onion slices or carrot slices as well in the filling So have u guys tried this before? Whats your plan today? The photo is mine. That is how my dimsum look like

That looks good. If I am not mistaken, dimsum are called siomai here in the Philippines. DO you use ground beef and cook it by steaming? That taste good when combined with soy sauce with calamansi juice.

Yes they are called siomay or dimsum too here in indonesia. Yes you are right i used grounded chicken or minced chicken and yes they are steamed

Looks good, almost like ravioli. It's been a while since I had ravioli; although I do sometimes have Hot Pockets (another food that's kinda like dimsum) and sometimes microwave chicken-pot-pie, and sometimes Pizza Hut's P`Zone.
