Busted!

My across the way neighbor just knocked on the door to give me some milk and apples. Her children qualify for free lunch and the schools have been giving out boxes of food to families. She has too much of some things so she shares with people around here. I will use the milk in oatmeal and the apples in applesauce.
Anyway she said she had to get back into her apartment to finish making her daughters lunch. Then she said "but I will talk to you later because I saw a visitor up here last night!" BUSTED. 
My ex was over last night for a visit. I won't bore you with the details but we had a nice time together. My favorite part was when he told me all on his own that he loves me. He's been doing that a lot this past week.
Anyway I'll have to do my own version of the Walk of Shame later to fill her in on the details.

When she received too many grocery items, it's kind of her to share them with neighbors. We do this, with fresh produce. I wish you lived close-by, I'd share some acorn squash with you
