The start of the weekend not good

Hello everyone.I am trying very hard here.Been doing fine for a while then zap right back.I am tired and very sad how things are going.
can get out of this mood.The feel sorry for me is back and will stay for the weekend.it is not fun for me any more.I miss seeing my family and not enjoying the theater etc.If you do not hear from me.You know where I am at.
they tell me typical for people of my age.Everything is about my age.lol
I try to be humorous then get caught up on the negative side.

I hope that Mike and Ms Ruby can bring up your spirits some.
I get that even here, the posts can be too much-I have read too many covid posts this week.
I spent as little time as possible here because I didn't need to be dragged down.
You post something positive when you feel up to it.
If I could do a video of a puppet theatre, you know that I would do that to put a smile on your face-but I'm not that technical.

How you are feeling may be exactly what the therapy lights treat. I will share once I know if it's helped or not. My husband gets more depressed than I do although when it's cold and I want to warm up I used to do it in bed and burrow under the blankets but these days I can't sleep that long in bed anymore.

Awww, keep your chin up Alfredo, these are hard times and they can get lonely. We all go through this from time to time but things will get better my friend.

It is hard these days to keep a positive attitude but I think you need to just be thankful for what you have, your great love Mike a warm and wonderful home and heck not everyone gets to see your age!! And feel the love, we all love you a whole bunch.

I always find that if I go for a walk... it seems to help my mood and some of those times were pretty bad so I would definitely give that a try. I don't know why it works, but it did for some reason!!!
