Just one question came into my mind because of some circumstances in my domicile. Is there any difference between Fascism and dictatorship? Which Government System Do You Like?

Yes! For me, I am with you! For me, Democracy (if followed diligently) is the best! Else, everything is the same!

A dictator may or may not be Fascist. Fascism depends on a dictator or, at least, a dictatorial governmental style to exist. You can read about Fascism and Dr. Lawrence Britt's "14 Defining Characteristics of Fascism" in the link below.
