When's my package coming?

It has been a while since I ordered something online. This time It was buy 1 take one keypad phone, those before 2010 kind of phones. My old one's battery and the others audio is rusty that I needed a replacement. Sadly, it's been four days now and package has not arrived yet. Good thing I extended it. However, if they don't arrived after New Year, they're getting a really bad review from me. Or is it because cash on delivery is my mode of method. I don't like being scammed.

If your using an app you can actually monitor to see where is it already. I think if your item is coming from abroad it will take time since it will pass through customs clearance. But if it is local seller then it should be faster. There are times to that the courier is the culprit why it is delivered delayed and not the seller's fault.

@Letranknight2015 I noticed that too since when l availed for delivery of gift to another place it took me time before I was able to book and deliver my package. It is also pricey to do it too. Delivery business is on an all time high this Christmas.

Nope it's local @rsa101 it should be in the hub here by now. But then maybe there are a lot of peopel who order online. I hope the courier doesn't mess with my package.

Postage of packets is usually slower unless its international which usually gets there quicker really hope you can get your package soon have they not given you a tracking thing to follow it?

Hello @lovinangelsinstead21 it's actually local. Maybe I was expecting it faster since I bought it here. But since it's December and Pandemic, might as well wait until another week.

I sent locally Christmas cards and they have taken much longer than the ones I sent Internationally so hope that cheers you up a bit and since all flghts to and from England are blocked at the moment I chose well to send them earlier.

Hello @infatuatedbby I'm not surprised by that either. I remember an actor / youtuber got covid because he didn't disinfect his parcel.

It must be ascertained in advance where the items were dropped from, because in COVID, every item that comes in must be disinfected then sent to the order. Usually for types of flammable items such as batteries, the delivery takes a long time.

Are you buying from a shopping platform? Try to contact the seller. If there's no response within a day, just cancel the order. If it's from ig or seller's website, then you still need to contact them. To be honest, I would prefer to buy from a shopping platform instead of directly at the seller. So many scammers these days. So hard to find genuine seller.

@Letranknight2015 How about the courier? I always choose J&T when I order online because they deliver immediately.. Once it is picked up today, I expect to receive it tomorrow or two days after..
