I was happy yesterday

Despite my concern and alarm about the strip mall (part of a big outdoor complex of them joined together) going out of business I was thrilled to find vitamins at Targert for half the price of Walgreens. I had looked for the kind I take at Walmart as well. They weren't available. I think they cost more anyway. I plan not to buy vitamins anywhere else. Do you have a certain place you buy vitamins and supplements? I know the prices at CVS can be competitive if you have the extra value coupons, but I don't shop their enough to have those really. It is too crowded for me, and most things aren't reallly a good value. The pic has nothing to do with the discussion, not sure how it got included actually. My dad's bday cake back a few months ago.OK I took the pic off sorry.

My insurance has a debit card for use at Walgreen's, so I don't pay for my vitamins anymore. I put it all on the insurance debit card. It's what it's for. It's a nice perk. I can get other things besides vitamins. I just look for the OTC on the price tag and know I can put it on the card. The insurance puts so much a quarter on the card. I know I haven't come close to the spending limit.

I like your title of this post. No there is not a place in particular I buy vitamins as I do not take them. Hope you feel happy again Snowy. I was happy yesterday too but not today

Sometimes I buy vitamins when there isn't a crowd.

I have lately become a Vitamin C fanatic as it is very good for gums.

I just cannot get on with taking pills at all. However, I am glad you can find what you need. I was thrown by the description "strip mall" as it isn't a description I am familiar with and had reached the wrong conclusion before I read on!

I only take Calcium supplements. I buy them anywhere, but Costco happened to have the best price for my brand.

You probably need D supplements now as well since you aren't in that Florida sunshine.

I don't take any supplements. I bought calcium tablets once but they are absolutely huge and I have trouble swallowing any tablets so most are still in their bottle.

I am sure they aren't all that size. I think friend takes some supplements likevthat and he really needs too..as his legs and thighs are really pretty thin..I worry about him possibly breaking a hip which would be a big disaster.

@JudyEv I hate when big pills sit like a rock in your stomach.

@snowy22315 Sometimes you can't tell the size before you buy them. I cut them into bits sometimes and pop them in the middle of a mouthful of biscuit or somesuch.

I get my vitamins at Wal-Mart because here, at least, they ate cheaper.

I like Target 100 percent better than Walmart..even if the prices tend to be a bit higher for most things. The quality is alot better on most items.

Yes, Target is a big box retailer but they have a nice and well organized pharmacy section.
