I'm sorry this is two in one. I needed to charge my phone to get the health and fitness numbers. I'll start with what I'm thankful for today.
I'm thankful I went to the Y this morning. I wasn't going to go because I had a bad headache during the night. However, when I got up, the headache left, and I decided to go. I only had time to get ready and leave. I had a good workout in the pool and fitness center.
I'm also thankful for the hospital appointment this morning. My time there is less. I'm on the fast track for the medication. Today was one hour instead of two, with a one hour wait. I was there only two hours instead of three. Next time I'll only be there an hour total. 
Now for the health and fitness report
Food
Breakfast - 2 Bananas, 2 Servings Raisins, Half Cup Almond Milk
Calories: 435
Snack: 1 Container Cherry Tomatoes
Calories: 27
Lunch - 1 Serving Flounder, 3 Eggs, 1 Serving Alternative Cheese, 4 Servings Guacamole
Calories: 654
Supper - Potato/Broccoli Soup - Potatoes, Broccoli, Turkey Bacon, Alternative Cheese, Cashew Milk
Calories: 183
Fitness
Elliptical - 15 Minutes - .33 Mile, 86 Calories burned
Stationary Bike - 15 Minutes - 1.75 Mile, 48 Calories burned
Leg Press - 20 reps both legs, 10 each separate
Total Calories burned - 2026
Total Calories consumed - 1299
Total Calories - 727
Weight - 177.8 Down 2.2 pounds from the day before.
I didn't have a chance to get on the computer until after I got home from the hospital which is why I didn't get the Daily Bible Study posted until late.

I like to think I'm doing pretty good fitness-wise. At least I try. Sounds like you're doing well with your goals.
I'm thankful that the weather was decent, and we managed to have a decent day. I'm thankful my cat seems happy, and that my 2 in 1 isn't broken. (scared me when I tried to log on today, and it was in sleep mode). Still aiming to get a new one, but that'll wait until I have more money saved up.
Thankful I finally got the water bill paid, though it gave me one hell of a headache to do it. But, it's paid, and it saves my husband and I a trip to the water department.

@just4him Yeah, saved my husband a trip to the water place. If I couldn't do it online in time I would've told him to take me in-person. In the four years we've had the house, he hasn't had to take me. Except the time when we transferred the water from the previous home owner, to me.

@xander6464 I've only been losing about 30 pounds a year. So, yes. I have 52. Next year for sure.

Glad your headache went away and you were able to go on to the Y.
I had a pretty busy day, a lot of book work I needed to take care of, getting things ready for taxes and such. Then off to the bank, post office and store to get a few things since I was out. I am thankful all of that it taken care of, now I can relax the rest of the week. Have a blessed evening.

We stayed pretty busy today too. Dinner is cooking. Ribs, cheddar broccali pasta, mashed potatoes, crescent rolls and corn.

congrats'n yer success with both the med change 'n yer weight, hon. i'd love to know the magic used to rid yerself 'f that headache. mine's felt like 'xplodin' 'd be grand idea.
this 'twas yesterday.. thankful i finally found the correct place to order the part fer my washer. they'd a great lil video showin' my actual machine. can't tell ya how many hours've been wasted huntin' fer such. 'tis to be here friday, so hopefully i can get the rest 'f the 'mess' tended. otherwise, i'm either gonna 've to wash clothes'n the bathtub 'r make a trip to town. the latter 'f which'd thrill my sweet momma so, bless her.

@just4him thanks, hon. i dunno what caused mine, prolly stress... such finally subsided 'fter 2 days. so, could'a been sinus schtuff? the cedars'n junipers 're high pollen counts currently.
the part 'rrived early friday morn. then schtuff went sideways, more so than prior. sigh... still not been able to use the washer to see if'n i fixed 't. did 'nly take 'bout 20 minutes to put such'n though. thank heavens fer that video!
yes ma'am, i've done the same. told the hubs i refuse to do such 'gain. mainly coz i'd be stuck down there'n the floor...

I don't know why it went away when I got up. I'm sorry you're having such a bad headache.
I'm glad you found the part for the washer and it will be there on Friday. Washing clothes by hand in the bathtub is not fun. I've done it.

This probably seems weird to you living up north, but I am thankful for this cold weather we are having here in Florida. It's been an amazing and wonderfully cold season so far, and I have been absolutely loving it.

Headaches prevent me from doing so many things. Right now my neuropathy is driving me crazy though. I am having to take extra meds to try and help it. I talk to the doctor Thursday.

Glad your hospital visit didn't take long, and you arre doing well with your plan. I would seriously be craving something sweet with those meals, even something like peanut butter or a fun food like snickerdoodle hummus would do it. However, you seem to have a lot of self discipline. Way to go!
