This is the tenth day that I am continuously exercising. I allot one hour everyday for this. I need to do this, this is a part of my choice to be healthy and hopefully fit. I actually started with 40 minutes on the first day with all the breathless moment I got there that I have to stop every now and then to catch my breath. I am doing much better with that. I can now maintain 30second plank. I actually enjoy doing the plank challenge. Do you exercise? Photo from google.

Yes I do. At least 30-60 mins a day. You're not wrong. It's important to do to maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle.

Weight is a tricky thing. You tend to both, sometimes at the same time. You'll lose and then gain and so on. Finding balance is key.@rakski

I know. How I envy your walks everyday! I stopped walking since pandemic time. I plan to get back to walking again but I still cannot get the right time to walk with the house chores to be done early and the construction in front of our house and I cannot leave the kids alone

@rakski I understand that you have to be with the kids. I miss tennis, swimming, and golf now. I do yoga, Zumba, and workout at home, but it’s more fun to be outside.

I admire you, Ms. Rach, because despite being a very busy homemaker, you still find time to exercise. It means you have good time management. How’s your sister now? Been praying for her.

I think we need to give ourselves a healthy body and mind. It is our gift to ourselves. I am still having difficulty with time management but I have to try something. My sister said her sense of smell is coming back already as well as here sense of taste. Other than that she is doing okay. Thank you for your prayers @sunrisefan

Because I cannot often do my walks here, I use the small sprinkler instead of using the garden hose to water the plants and go back and forth from the water faucet to the plants. Aside from this, the lot area around the house in not on a level plane so I sort of somehow climb a "hill" :)

@rakski Just have to make do with it or else I would be sedentary :) I often play with the baby though who wants to run after me in the living room. We're amazed at him because he runs fast even on tiptoe :) May he'll be a good ballet dance because he has that very good balance. He does not stumble even if he runs on tiptoe.

I don't do any exercise now, but I used to do light exercise before my pregnancy. Plank looks so simple, but actually kind of hard to do. My record is 45 seconds, and I sweat really a lot.

@rakski a whole minute? Wow, 45 seconds and my hands were already trembled. I am good, just busy. My sister lives with me for a while, maybe a month or more than a month. And she has 2 toddlers. With 4 toddlers in total in my house is always messy. Tbh it gives me headache, my kids and her kids keep fighting, messy and dirty house.
