Do You Mind Shaving?

I personally hate shaving, especially my legs. That is a large area and takes some time to do. I hate setting aside time for it but it has to be done. I have tried some hair remover creams and also tries some of the battery operated shavers. Those do not work well for me at all. Do you Mind Shaving? What do you use?

Me and my partner sometimes have a competition she’ll shave one leg and I’ll shave the other. She’s started using cream now. They work for her.

@sh2ker Oh, okay. Do you know what kind of cream does she uses? I have yet to find any that works and if I leave it on too long, it still does not remove it and it burns my skin. I cut my husbands hair every time too.

Well that sounds like you are a lot of help to her then. That is what I use also, is shaving cream. Helps to try to avoid razor burn.

@stephcjh By cream I meant she has started using hair removal cream. She has fair hair so the hair isn’t that thick and it works for her. We both help each other she cuts my hair.

I hate shaving too! The only thing that works is a good quality razor. Electric ones and creams don't work well for my mane either. Too much hair for those to handle! Yuck!

Yeah. They sell the ones specifically for women too but they do not work for me either. I just use the disposable ones and be done with it.

@AngelisaQT Yeah. I usually buy the Bic disposable razors so hubby and I both can use them.

@stephcjh I always use men's razors, they are made for courser hair and work a lot better than women's.

@stephcjh offhand I don't remember the brand I got. This is the first time I've used an electric razor

@stephcjh I do it because I have to but not that I enjoy it. I have a razor I use.

Me too. I have to. I wish I could afford to have the hair permanently removed. That would be so much better.

@stephcjh That would be nice not to have to shave our legs anymore.

Thankfully, I am not hairy so I don't need to shave my legs or arms. I only remove hair on my armpits but it's also thin I can get away with it but I still prefer to wax them using cold strips. But I do shave too when I want and I just use a razor and shaving cream.

You are very lucky!!! I wish the hairs would go away even if you pluck them out one by one lol but they come right back.
