Do you like drinking tea in the morning?
I really like to consume tea. I am attracted to various types of tea. There are many types of tea, such as earl gray tea, ocha, black tea, etc.
Earl gray tea is a black tea that popular in England on 1830s. Earl Grey tea is a tea blend which has been flavoured with the addition of oil of bergamot. This tea has a distinctive citrus fresh smell and taste. I prefer to drink this type of tea in the morning because in my opinion, this tea has calming effect.
Traditional green tea from Japan such as ocha and sencha can be consumed to improve health. This tea can also increase the body's metabolism and accelerate the digestive system. This will be great help if you are on a diet program.
If you don't like consuming too much caffeine, then you can take rooibus tea. This tea from Africa has a much lower caffeine than green tea and black tea. In addition, this tea can also reduce the risk of heart disease and cancer.
So what's your favorite tea? Or is there a type of tea that catches your eye?
Anyway I hope everyone have a good day!

My answer is here:
Btw, "Earl gray tea is a black tea from England with bergamot oil." is not correct. Tea doesn't grow in England, the climate is not right, it's too cold. Earl Grey is black tea from Asia which gets is special aroma by adding bergamot oil. Maybe this is done in England, but I doubt it.
If I had to put a label on myself, I'd say, 'I'm a tea drinker'. I was born among the so-called CoffeeSaxons in the south east corner of the country. But...

I haven't done too much research and I once read that this tea was popularized in british on 1830s by so I'm assuming this tea originated from England. But after I read other sources, this tea definitely came from Asia, or to be exact from China!
Thank you so much for correcting me
