Cooked in a slow cooker overnight...
*Pork Rib Roast
*Organic Honey Gold Baby Potatoes
*Fresh onions
*Organic carrots (diced)
*Fresh organic mushrooms (diced)
*In a beef stock with various spices.
It would have looked better plated. But you are getting the stored variation. LOL
I was able to freeze a big container of leftover stock to be used for another meal concoction.

Crock pots make meats so tender. Your meal looks delicious. We had baked honey chicken, baby red potatoes, and asparagus. It was wonderful.

Yes, this would be very good with rice. I actually have left over broth that I'm going to use for rice in another meal.

Had some spicy fried chicken and rice tonight. It hit the right spots I must say.

I like a little spice, but not much. Watching Bobby Flay has taught me to eat food with a little kick, but not too much kick, LOL

I did not do it that way, because the lateness of the day. However, I imagine it would have added a lot more flavor...even though mine turned out pretty tasty.
