I can't believe it's almost the end of the month already. I hope everyone has been doing good This week I started going on walks in the morning from 7:30 - 8:30 am, It's so hard to get up but at the end of the walk I also feel energized and I feel like the day lasts longer. Do you have a morning routine?

Good to see you here. It's been a long time. I'm usually up all night; so around 4 or 5 I go on the computer and get my MyLotting done.

@samysotelo18 I've been up for 48 hours. My body is too stupid to sleep! Maybe I will fall asleep later.

Hi Sam, glad to still see you here. It's been quite a long while since we've commented back and forth. I hope you have been doing well. Morning walks are a wonderful way to start your day. I hope they lift your spirits as much as they energize you.

Walk wise- not much of a routine. My work makes me feel tired by the evening and I find it tough to wake up earlier. But yes, it would be good to have a regular physical activity schedule.

My morning routine i to get ready for bed lol. As odd as that may sound, I start working in the evening the day before and work through the night till about 8 a.m. in the morning the next day then get ready for bed.

I am very regular with my morning exercise especially yoga. I am recovering from the virus and slowly picking up with breathing exercises. Not much energy to do other workouts. I should be starting them when I fully recover.
