I am tired already.

I've been baking since 8 in the morning. I baked 115 muffins in total and still need 85 pieces more. The muffins are now at the dining table occupying half of the table. For now I need to stop so I can work but I will bake again later after dinner probably. The weather is not helping as it is very hot here. How are you all doing?

Those muffins make my mouth water

It's a lot of baking and you definitely need a break to relax and resume it again. I don't recall you ever posting about baking as a business. So,I guess that there is some special occasion

Now, I'm hungry. *sigh* I just finished doing the dishes and was ready to stay in bed...

You're lucky... if I could reach through the computer, you'd be one muffin short.

It was chilly here today and is still chilly tonight. My phone says it is 12C right now and will go down to 9C by morning. I hope you have a fun day doing the rest of the baking.

@rakski No wonder you are tired. That is a lot of muffins. Are you making them for something special or for your family and will freeze a lot of them. I have not had muffins in ges so when I was in town the other day I decided to stop in a place called Muffin Boutique and bought some muffins. I thought I would buy something different for a change.
