May 11 - What I'm Thankful for Today

It's a wonderful day today. I woke up early, no headache, and headed to the pool. 
I'm thankful for my time at the Y in the pool and fitness center. Very good workouts in both.
I'm thankful for the two-hour nap I had shortly after I got home. Falling asleep again on the computer. I guess I had an exhausting workout.
I'm thankful for getting all the notifications done that had piled up over the last couple of days. I miss you guys when life happens and I can't be here. It's good to know how you're doing too.
I'm thankful for the weather. I overdressed for the Y. The weather forecast showed 34 F so I wore my winter jacket and winter cap. It didn't feel that cold when I walked out the door.

@just4him I’m such a light sleeper that I can’t sleep during thunderstorms, the sound of the thunder wakes me up. Thankfully, we don’t get many overnight thunderstorms here. But, like you, I love opening the blinds and watching the show that Mother Nature puts on.

@moffittjc I can sleep through anything. A good thunderstorm is a lullaby. I found out the sound of the dishwasher right before going to bed is also a lullaby. I'm out like a light.

Yesterday I was thankful for the rain. It meant I did not have to go water things.Good work working out.

I have also done my notifications but I am not in the mood to post another discussion. I am thankful that my day went well. It is midnight here and time for me to sleep. Enjoy the rest of your Tuesday. It is Wednesday now in my neck of the wood.

Glad you had a good day and had a good workout. Just being able to get up and go at all is a blessing. I am just thankful yo be here, and have so many wonderful friends on mylot. So many are so lonely
