Songs get stuck in my head too. If I listen to this song, then of course I have to listen to another song. Otherwise there will be mistakes in office work

Well, then thats not a nap.
that's a full-fledged sleep.
Nap should only be taken for 1-2 hours that's all.
Put down an alarm clock if required.
