Why my PayPal account is showing negative balance?

Early in the morning I found my PayPal account is showing - $3. Actually I had my auto withdrawal options on, due to which all of the amount directly went for withdrawal to my bank account. But my bank account details were not given correctly. Due to which check got bounced. And now I am left with is negative balance. Even I am not able to receive any further incoming transactions. I am in a great great problem because I am not able to understand what to do now. I also tried to add money but every time it showed your Card processing could not be completed. I am not able to receive money at this moment. Please guys help me out.

Have you tried contacting PayPal themselves. This is the best options when something happens to your account vs just waiting for how to fix it pops into your head.

I could not contact them. I tried so many times, but it showed every time to contact them on business hours.

I think you need to contact PP, and let them know the issue. Usually they send a trial deposit to the bank just to ensure the account info is correct.

Try removing and then correctly adding back your bank and card details.

Nope. Actually the it is because of the bounce of that withdrawal money. And now, when I go to add money such problem is popping up. I need my PayPal account for receiving my payment, that is why I am in trouble now.
