I need to leave in a little bit. I have a Housing appointment at 1:30. I'll be getting the paperwork so I can hand it to the new manager. The first step to my getting into the apartment, other than being accepted for it. Once the paperwork is submitted, Housing will inspect the apartment, and I'll find out my portion of the rent.
Everything is going well for this move. Time to get off the computer, get something to eat, maybe, and then leave.
I shall return. How is your day going? Thanks for reading. I had the notifications finished, but I can't seem to keep up with them again suddenly.

I love the picture! So you are moving? I really like where I live, but it is very expensive. I am trying to find a job online...working from home.

Thank you. Yes. We're under new management. They are not as nice as the management when I moved in and gave me an eviction notice when I pay my rent a month early. I found a nice apartment in a senior apartment complex right behind where I live. This is the building I'll be moving into. This is the largest of the buildings in this complex.

@MsBooklover They send out eviction notices to everyone who doesn't have their rent in by the first of the month. Even with the five-day grace period. There's no waiting. Out go the eviction notices. In my case, my housing share hadn't gotten into the office by the first. It was actually an illegal eviction notice.
I'm excited to move. Lots of amenities. Fitness center, community room, allows pets, free basic cable. It's a beautiful place to move to. I'll be moving in 8 weeks. In the meantime, I'm busy packing.

@just4him Valerie, they don't know what they had in you. Paying your rent early is a good thing. It is unbelievable that they would evict you. That looks like a nice place where you are moving to. I cannot wait to find out how you like it.

What a beautiful butterfly. Seeing him was a good start to your day. Congratulations on your new apartment! I hope you will be very happy there. I hope your portion of the rent will be a comfortable one for your finances. Always exciting to get a "new start" in a new home.
