I bought a pool............

No, not a big one, just a teeny kiddie pool.
After I did the recycle thingy I went to the nearby walmart and found they were on sale for $7.98. Maybe this time I can get it to last more than a season. I used to simply leave them filled with water through the year but this time it will be emptied and stored as soon as it's too cold for Roscoe to want to wade in it.
I plan to put it out tomorrow. First I need to find a level spot so it won't rip too soon. I'm hoping Roscoe will like it as all my other dogs did theirs.
We're supposed to get to the triple digits again. I hope so cuz then those weeds will dry out and I'll have an easier time getting rid of them.

I was looking for a shot I have of Ally wearing glasses but I got too emotional and decided it would be easier to share one of my first trio, at least I've had time to process their demise and no longer fall apart when I see their pictures.
This shot is a copy of a copy of a copy of a copy ... and so on ... which is why it's blurry. If I could find the 35mm film negative of it then maybe I could get a clear image.

Some cats and dogs are really talented. They can sing or even play an instrument like piano! But most of them just produce funny and a little bit annoying so...

@rebelann Just so long as he has fun. My hubby gets so mad at Rufus. Ten bucks for a squeaky basketball and within days that ball is deflated. Yesterday Rufus was chewing the ball and spitting plastic so I was the meanie. I took the ball and put it in the garbage.

Yeah, I know that feeling well. Up until recently Roscoe wasn't destroying his toys but that's all changed now. His ducky, squeaky and rabbit are torn up. The squeaky one is still ok for him to play with but the other two are in the can. He loves those plastic vinegar jugs which he has and some are also torn to pieces

@rebelann Kobe is so afraid of anything new. I tried to introduce him to the pool, even climbed in it

I actually have a pool for the same reason! I ended up making a mulch area to put the pool into, otherwise I had muddy footprints across the basement floor!

What a lovely photo. I hope that Roscoe will use and like the pool. That's such a good idea to help keep pets cool in the summer heat. On America's Got Talent, every year, there is at least one singing dog. I think it's just one more way that dogs aspire to be human.

He hasn't really tried it out yet, maybe later when it's hotter.
I think of them often, they were the only bonded trio I had.
