Do you like Dorado grilled Fish?

Hello 
Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters
I woke up in a cloudy and cool air. I had a great morning walk and a dancing exercise 
I will have another walk later in the evening if the weather will be good 
Today, I will just grill a very nice Dorado Fish 
I just grilled it after cleaning it
I`m must just wondering, Do you put salt with your fish before grilling it? I don`t but I put salt when I clean it and then wash it away after 
My mother told me it is to put away bacteria from the fish 
How about you my dear mylotters? Do you like Dorado grilled Fish? What kind of fish you like best for grilling? What are you having for today?

Before grilling the fish we marinate the fish with turmeric,salt, black pepper and some mustard oil..i love having fish in that way with some lemon on top while eating

in the area where I live the most popular name of fish is milkfish, I don't know how to process it, but I often see my mother processing it by mixing fish with ground peanuts, then grilled in the traditional way using charcoal, very delicious accompanied by warm rice.

That is something new to me. I never mix my fish with ground peanuts. I will try that next time. Thank you

Your mixture sounds nice. I think turmeric powder is like curry. Right?

I have not had it. I would find it spooky to eat a fish with head and tail on.

Unless this fish is made of something besides "fish" I don't want any. Eating fish is nasty.

Hello!
I just love the Dorado grilled fish!
I generally eat it ar our local dinner with grilled vegetables!
At home, I grill carp fish! It comes out so delicious and easy to eat :)
I salt it at the beginning because my mother told me the fish will draw it in and taste good.

We apply what we call masala before frying and there is salt in it
