So Much Space!

We recently bought a washer and dryer which created a (somewhat) huge problem of where to put the ones we were renting until the rental company picked them up.
We rent an apartment, so the only place they would store is in the living room. It's not fun to have large appliances in a room they don't belong in. So for over six weeks they sit there, and sit there and sit there. The company kept pushing the time back to next week, next week and next week.
Finally, the next week became reality and they are gone, and it's so nice to have the space back and everyone in our apartment feels happy.
I know it wasn't the biggest problem in the world--just annoying.

@CarolDM i believed that it will affect you in mood in any way, seeing all these stuffs occupying almost all spaces in you house.

That's why my husband and I decided to buy our own washer and dryer. We bought our first set when we lived in our second apartment, and our second when we got this house. I love them.

@misunderstood_zombie I had a refrigerator in the dining room during one week, they delivered the new one and those who had to take the old one arrived one week later. It is incredible how big it looked in a place that it was not its place

Oh boy...having washers and dryers parked in your living room for weeks on end would be super annoying. I thought I had it bad when there was a large microwave in here. Former roomie finally decided he could install it, and I was his slow witted assistant..

I once had the same problem sort of..well it was a portable washer in the front room because of some repair that needed to be done, but it was only for a few days.
I am glad they finally came to get those..there is little room in apartments I know.

We need a quite comfortable space, that would be a good factor in our mood. I have big space in our house it feels better for me, i feel i can breath more easily and god for the eyes to see bigger spaces at home.
