I was going to rest a bit after having fed Luna and turned on the TV. And there it was. Casablanca was begining! I forgot all else. I had to watch it again. And again it was perfect. Even the end was not corny as one would have wished.It was terrible but it would not have been right if Rick had gone with Ilsa.

I would love to sit and watch this tonight with my husband, but he is currently off in his own world watching some video on food waste. I'd have been good with watching that with him, but he apparently wants to watch it by himself. Hmmph...

@marguicha He sometimes goes off into his own bubble with some documentaries--forgetting that he has a wife that would watch them with him. Our video viewing has gotten a bit more fragmented of late, unfortunately.

That movie and that song gets me every time and I have to cry, I have it on video now tomorrow I will have to pop it in, You are right Rick and Ilsa were not meant to be together but how wonderful if they could have been,
