I Made A Delicious Vegetables Soup

For the last few days, I wasn't feeling too great but fortunately, this morning I feel so much better.
So I took advantage of my renewed energy and made a delicious vegetables soup this morning.
I like to puree the soup after it is cooled off and separating it in different containers and freeze some of them for later.
Do you enjoy making your own soup?

Oh yes, I love to make my own soup and vegetable soup is one of my favorites to make. I don't puree my own soup personally, but when I make extra soup I often puree it for my neighbor and bring her some. She has a lot of stomach issues. I am glad you are feeling better. Enjoy your soup!

I made a pot of soup yesterday, also. Is yours vegetarian? I added browned venison burger, pork sausage, and smoked ham.

For some reason, Jay only likes one or two types of soup. Chili and clam chowder. Myself, I like all soups!

I always make my own soup. They are all different depending on what I find in the fridge.

Being on my own I do not make too many soups and usually rely on canned, There is one soup now and then I make in small portions I like to do myself and that is split pea soup,

@RasmaSandra , If you don't add the sour cream before you freeze it, I'd say yes, you can freeze it,

@marlina I adore borsch with grated beets and some short ribs and then eating the soup with sour cream, Love it but not really a soup that I can make in small portions, Perhaps I will try to make some in the new year and see if it freezes well, That is one soup I cannot get enough of when I make it,

I am glad that you are feeling much better. And that vegetables soup will give you even more energy. I make fresh soups at home whenever needed. I don't go for store ones.

I make a lot of homemade soups. When I do vegetable soup, I put organic barley in it and it simmers until it's done. Barley is so good in soups.

Oh, I love barley. It takes on the flavors of what you cook with it. I make a super good beef barley soup, so good!
