I can't access my paypal account! 
Well, I haven't opened it in YEARS, and I decided to log in but then there's this quick security check that meant to send a message to my phone. Problem is, I have changed my phone number, and the "help" doesn't help at all as it says I have to go to setting and change my number. But how can I go to setting if I can't even log in??

Well
I know one thing is for sure.if that is what it's telling you and you are telling us
That none of us can say anything except you must contact PayPal
Or maybe do it the easy way
Use another email
And make new Pay Pal Account.
It's not likely you had lots of money in the account
Is it?
