@JudyEv True. Pretty and I give a restaurant a try. If the food is good, we'll eat there again. If it's bad, we tell everyone we know not to eat there. *shrug* I think most people do that.

@judyev That certainly makes for a bright and cheerful lavatory experience. Sometimes it takes a moment to differentiate between the male and female indicators on the convenience doors, especially after a drink or three in a poorly illuminated pub. I have made several faux pas on such occasions. My wife has made even more, and when she mis-enters it takes her ages to figure everything out and retreat.

Sometimes they use what the perpetrators consider humorous terms - ducks and drakes, colts and fillies, etc but it must be difficult sometimes for those from foreign shores.
