I Have A Question...

My daughter, Pretty, has a boyfriend who lives in Georgia, USA. They spend quite a bit of time talking together, playing online games and watching movies. Pretty and I live in Missouri, so they do all this virtually. A little before Christmas, Pretty leaned back in her office chair and the back broke, dumping her in the floor. Her boyfriend saw that and, after making sure she was okay, asked if the chair could be repaired. When we discovered we couldn't fix it, he asked if he could get her a new chair for Christmas. I'm not sure how much they looked online for a new one, but a huge box arrived right after Christmas for her. In the box was the chair in the picture. And now, my question... What does the chair look like to you? Photo is mine.

for some reason, it still looks like a pink and white monkey sitting down to me. round body, 2 holes at top look like eyes and the small white thing just below the wholes look like a nose. Its the shape from a distance I guess. But I have always been strange

@much2say They tried to find one that was black with red highlights to match her bedroom décor but the site was sold out of that color. She said she doesn't care, nobody will ever see it in there anyway.

Ok so first of all, I must say that I thought Pretty is your wife lol. Yes don't laugh at me. Ok now about the chair...how old is Pretty? I'm 19 so here's my honest opinion. The shape is like a gaming chair but the color is cute. It would have been pretty if it was black n blue or red maybe with some lights. Since gaming chairs don't have cuteness, it looks a lil bit odd. But still I think it was nice of him for your Pretty. Yes, it is a cute without tech gaming chair.

Okay, I won't laugh, but I am grinning at you. A lot of people on myLot think Pretty is my wife. (Pretty thinks it's funny when people think that. But she's crazy, so it's okay.) She's 33 years old. Yes, it is a gaming chair. And she wanted black with red accents to match the colors in her bedroom. Did I tell you Pretty plays video games for a living? She works for Hawaii Gaming Commission. They send her new games a month or two before they go on sale to the public. She plays them a lot and then writes about them online and they pay her for that.

@Anqaya Now, I'm going to laugh. Here's a photo of Pretty. (It's two years old because she won't let me take photos of her very often.) Here, it's all ages that are gamers. Most of them don't make money playing the video games, though. She's been earning money playing video games since she was a freshman in college. Pretty. Photo is mine.

@DaddyEvil WHAT? She's a full fledged gamer. Oh I wished I met her. All my cousins are fully dived into games especially pubg. And ya I got the 2nd shock of the day. She's 33! I thought she's a teen or in her 20s. Because usually video games are played around that age..atleast here.

@LadyDuck Yes, I agree. I poked a finger through one of the holes and Pretty told me I'd hurt it. Would you like some snow tonight? We've already gotten too much, so I'd let you have some, too. It's supposed to snow for two more days here. We have 14 cm on the ground now. Photo is mine.

They looked for a black chair with red accents but the manufacturer was out of those so they bought that one instead. It was designed with games in mind. Pretty says it's really comfortable.

It's a gaming chair for people playing online games. Pink used to be her favorite color. I'm not sure what color is really her favorite now. They were looking for a black chair with red accents. Here is a picture of Pretty in a dress she asked me to buy her two years ago. Photo is mine.

@jobelbojel No but Pretty makes some of her money testing video games before they come out for sale to the public. (She gets the games a month or two before they're available for sale, plays the living crap out of them and then writes about them online. The company pays her for doing that.)

They were searching for black with red accents but those were sold out. This one was on clearance so they decided to get it instead. (It's a terrible color and I've teased her about it looking evil. )
