So, anyway after I did my steps which were not fun today as I did them on a track instead of in the neighborhood so there was really nothing to look at much and no variety, I bopped into our local supermarket and grabbed a few items. I was totally shocked when I went to the register and got 12 dollars off my order. (insert goofy Tim noise from Home Improvement here) I thought it was rung up wrong. I was going to ask about it, when I noticed it was from Shop and Earn. I don't know when I enabled this program, probably not that long ago, and I got all this cash off my groceries...
. I don't even tend to buy that much there, but I might start..with this gas problem it is hard to get to my regular haunts, especially if I can get deals like this!

Yeah, they are a bit on the high side for most things, but they have a good variety and some bargains in there too.
