Multi-tasking

Happy Tuesday everyone! The morning started with rain but now the sun is out. Looks like a nice day ahead and it's going to be in the 60s F
I'm late getting around to saying hello as it's already noon. Normally I chat while I have my coffee but sadly I had my coffee without you today.
I had some phone calls to make and one was to my insurance company because my car insurance is coming up for renewal. I want to add roadside assistance which is a nominal cost increase. All this time I thought we had it so it's a good thing we didn't have a need for assistance.
I also gave a "not so quick" call to my friend to extend Easter wishes as I know as the week goes on we'll both be busy.
The lawn service crew is here and they're getting ready to start the season. Looks like they're cleaning all the flower beds and putting down new mulch.
I'm really looking forward to being able to sit outside and still undecided about getting new furniture for the deck.
Thats my day so far. Hope things are going well with you

You sound chipper! I just got back from my walk and it is hot here! Tomorrow is a hotter day so really glad I got it out of the way today.

@snowy22315 yeah I guess walking in the sun could be too hot. Even sitting outside in the sun can get too hot for me. Looks like we might get into the 80s today

I recently went back to Geico because a lot of what other insurance companies charge for they don't, one is road side assistance and they're also less expensive than most.
It's too windy out to do much so I'm simply keypunching most of today ..... I'm not motivated to do house work but I know I should

I just switched back from Geico to Allstate. They offered me a better deal than Geico which surprised me and Allstate gsve me the exact coverage I had with Geico.

I am a day late in responding.
I didn't do much online yesterday.
It was a mild day here and I took advantage of the nice weather and spend my extra time outside.
They are expecting a big blizzard in Manitoba and Northern Ontario today. Living in Southwestern Ontario, we will see some rain, overcast skies and windy conditions. Hopefully that will be all.
I just got outside and took a nice leisurely walk, sometimes that feels great when the wind is blowing and you know that there is a rainstorm approaching. Today was just such a day.

Some areas of the US are getting blizzard conditions today and other parts tornadoes. The weather certainly is unpredictable but where I am it's sunny and nice.
Glad you were able to get away from the computer and take a nice leisurely walk. If my knees don't give me too much trouble I might venture out and take a short walk today

I actually got a nice/not nice surprise this morning as I paid our monthly bills. Last month, I was surprised to find that our gas bill had gone up by around $90, which not quite doubled our bill from them. When I called to pay the gas bill this morning, the machine told me I only owed $18.98 and then an automated voice came on and said they'd accidentally overcharged me last month. So my bill was low but they held my money for a month and didn't pay me interest on it. 
I was happy enough with the low bill that I'm not going to complain... not that complaining would do me any good.
We had pea-soup fog this morning and then the sun came out and burned the fog off. We were only supposed to reach 65F today but at 1 pm it is 77F outside. We keep getting light showers and then bright sunlight. (It's sprinkling right now but one of the neighbors is out mowing his lawn. Nobody in our neighborhood has a "nice" lawn, so I'm not sure why he's bothering to do that.)

@Marilynda1225 We started the day at 65F but the temp is steadily dropping. It's supposed to hit 30F before tomorrow morning. It's 3 pm and 40F outside now.
We have a minor chance of a tornado here but there is a flood warning for my area now.

That was a nice surprise finding out you overpaid your gas bill. I do the budget plan so mine is the same every month and then it's adjusted at the end of the year.
Today we're supposed to hit the 80s and the sun is shining. Hope you aren't in the path of those tornadoes that I'm seeing on the news

I worry about my daughter being out especially after dark and having the car break down. She drives a lot and I would hate for her to get stuck

Glad you added roadside assistance to your insurance. You never know when you may need it.
I mowed our yard yesterday. It looks good. Glad to have it done. Will do the church at the end of the week. Have some showers today and tomorrow.

It's officially Wednesday here as it's 12 midnight Tuesday was hot and draining. But then I managed to do a lot of pending work at school
. It cooled down later in the afternoon with clouds and breeze bringing some relief. It seemed that it would rain but it didn't. Anyway it's pleasant right now and we don't need AC tonight

Hope you were able to get a good night sleep. I find it hard to sleep when the weather is too hot. Do you have air conditioning?

@Marilynda1225 Yes, we have AC. In Bangalore it is not much used as the weather is mostly pleasant. Somehow the temperature drops in the night and it gets pleasant. Even with fan right now, I need a sheet to cover myself.. it's natural AC right now
