Neighbor Invite For Breakfast

Enjoyed breakfast with my sweet neighbor today at Cracker Barrel. Such good food always, and the visit was as well. I chose sausage gravy and biscuits, with a bowl of grits. She got a larger breakfast of eggs, sausage, hash browns and fried apples. I also enjoy shopping at their little gift shop in the restaurant. I picked up a small gift for a friend. Such a nice day to get out and enjoy. Temperatures were cooler a bit this morning, in the 50s. We will warm up to the 80s later. Hope your day has been good so far. Photo is mine.

So glad you had such an enjoyable morning. I'm at a pain clinic waiting for Dale to come out. He had an injection in his back for leg pain.

@CarolDM He did well with the shot, but it took a few hours for the numbing med to wear off. He tried to stand and couldn't, almost fell, thank God he didn't. Feeling better tonight.

I could really go for a plate of biscuit and sausage gravy, myself. It has been a couple of years since I went out for breakfast, should really do that fairly soon.
