Tortilla

Filled with salad and avocado was my dinner today. It was very delicious. Next time, I will fill the tortilla with another ingredients which I have not tried yet. Like shrimps.
Have you tried making your own tortilla filled with ingredients you love? What filling do you use?
I have tried tuna flakes with varieties of veggies or chicken meat leftover with lettuce, tomatoes and many more.
The photo was my not yet rolled tortilla.

Your food looks tempting. I do try a lot of different stuffings. We can experiment with them..I love cottage cheese with all fresh vegetables and herbs. Also enjoy spicy soya chunks.

@thelme55 You can try it. You might like it. I just make it a bit spicy. I am vegetarian by choice and so try with cottage cheese and soya chunks for protein portion.

I have used vegetables and minced chicken, though separately to feel my tortilla. We call it stuffed paratha with different names. Chicken stuffed is called Muglai paratha.

I was shy just eight cents but that's okay.
I have an avocado in the fridge and should start adding it to my nightly salads before it goes bad. I've never had anything in my tortilla shells (which aren't homemade) than Mexican ingredients.

Your meal looks very enjoyable. We've never made tortillas. I'm not sure why not. They certainly look delicious.

I've never had a tortilla; but if I did, I would choose chicken. Hope you have a good June as well.
