Good day to you all,
We had our meeting this morning with the big boss, and it went alright. I let everyone else speak up and threw a few little comments in now and then to show I was paying attention but mostly just agreed with things being said. As I thought he mostly defended his supervisor, which I knew was going to happen.
He picked her for a reason and I’m not sure what that reason was but to rip on her to much was like pointing at him, so I tried to avoid that to much. We said our piece and now it is time to move on from that. We can’t change what happened and he is not going to fire her over what we say so no point in worrying about it.
Tired and hungry so going to get something to eat and maybe a 20 minute power nap.

You are very right to just let it go..such a bs way but that is the way I know it well.
Hope you can relax a bit now.

You did the right thing. There might be a reason for all this, but keeping your mouth shut was good. If the big boss doesn't see fault in the behavior of his cologne, you would risk losing your job. So , not worth it.
