I don't know how we develop sentiments for others.

I never used to have emotions for online friends, I never thought them to be friends. But I see a change in myself nowadays.

I am worried about Jim as Yvonne is not well, I have not seen him on mylot recently.

I was worried for Rebecca (Ocean Tiara) as she was not well and was not here for several days. But now she is back

And of course for my dear friend DE who comes and goes because of his swelling eyes and for vany whom I feel must be battling with something as can't see her here much.

I always used to think through my mind but now from a few days, I have been thinking through the heart.

I don't know how my attitude getting changed.

I consider myself not to be an emotional person and I hate emotions.

I always feel my online friends are just as much friends as offline friends... I worry when I don't see people I like for a while and am so happy to see them when they show up again. (I told you I was worried when you were gone for so long.

) I can't help it. The people I talk with on myLot are my friends... *shrug* I wouldn't change that if I could.

@MarieCoyle I really don't have very many real life friends anymore. Most of them have passed away or I haven't seen them in years. (I have two friends who live in Springfield, about 45 miles away, but they won't get the Covid shots, so I don't go around them. Pretty and I are high risk. I talk with them on the phone once a month but that's it.) I talk with one of my sisters every few weeks and one of my brothers every few months and one niece when we have something interesting to say to each other. That's about it. Yeah, a lot of people on myLot are good friends. Have you met and talked with Sam? He's a lot of fun and already a good friend.

I have great real life friends, like many do. Years ago when I started being online more, I became acquainted with some people I grew to consider wonderful friends. Met several of them over the years and became even better friends. People have their own reasons for either being receptive and caring toward places like this, or not. I consider many here to be kind, caring friends.

I've been here on myLot for many years and have come to treasure the friendships I've made. I also worry about those who are missing and I hope Yvonne is okay. It's good to see Rebecca back too. I was also worried. Poor DE with all his eye problems.

Once you've been here a few years and interacting with the same people, you can't help but worry about them when they go missing. It's good to see Tiara back on board but, like you and others, I worry about Yvonne.

With all these emotions, you learn to manage them as you grow with life experiences. When you forget what is right and do something that is not right, you learn from that mistake and try not to repeat it.
