Typhoon was finally gone this morning. We had very strong wind and heavy rain last night. It's fortunate that the typhoon changed its direction slightly and it didn't hit HK directly. Enjoy your lunch.

About a week ago or so someone else got my package so I called FedEx about it and within 2 hours after that they got it to me but the items in it had been tampered with so I was able to tell the shipper about it and they refunded my money. I guess every now and then a driver just isn't up to the task of delivering packages to the correct address.

You got your package but a hassle to find it had been tampered with. Glad you got your money back. My package had the right address but the wrong stuff

Oh my, it is so annoying when we receive the wrong package. It happened to me at the beginning of the month with Amazon... I was refunded yesterday. I was not happy. Enjoy your day with your daughter.

@marlina I am an Amazon client since 2002, I never had problems, I never returned anything. I was disgusted how they treated a long term client who never gave problems. I am not going to order anymore.

It was nice spending time with my oldest daughter. We haven't been out shopping together in quite awhile. My package is being replaced. Customer service was very helpful

I am on my lunch right now, but just at home, nothing exciting like eating you-I hope that you enjoy yours out. That is too bad that you received someone else's order, hopefully you will get instructions on how to return it to them so that they can make right of their error. The day is flying by at work today, nice and fast. After my 30 minute lunch, I have 45 minutes to work on a course. But I already did the course, so I will use that time to watch a bit of my soap opera and dust and maybe vacuum if there is time. The remainder of the afternoon will fly by as I have a meeting to go to which is always something to look forward to.

Hope your Thursday turned out good. My day was wonderful and I really enjoyed the time with my oldest daughter. We haven't been out together in a long time and it was so nice. As for my wrong package, they have to check with the other lady and see what she got or if she didn't get anything yet.

We had to leave early this morning to go to Springfield to get my monthly shot. The sit in their waiting room for two hours to make sure I didn't have an allergic reaction to the shot. This is the last time we have to sit and wait so long after the shot.

From now on, I go in, get the shot and I'm done. (I spent the two hours today people watching and sleeping.

There were some really cute kids that I tried to talk Pretty into kidnapping for me... but she's mean and told me I'm not allowed to kidnap other people's kids.

Where does she think I got her from?

@Marilynda1225 I was talking with a couple of the mothers with cute kids. One little girl kept turning around in her seat to wave at me. Of course, I waved back every time she did. Her mom thought it was funny.

I KNOW! I don't know why Pretty is such a stick-in-the-mud like that.

She keeps telling me to pick kids that are already potty trained because she isn't going to change poopy diapers.

I think getting out of the house is the real reason Pretty insists on going grocery shopping every two weeks. We have enough food to last for several months already.

Thankfully you won't have to sit for those 2 hours next time you go for your shot. I love to people watch too Pretty is no fun when it comes to kidnapping

@Marilynda1225 I have had it happen. Just last year. I ordered an art easel for Monster. I knew it was way off when I seen the box that was delivered. I had what is called battle ropes. They are an exercise thing.

As it was not returnable Amazon told me to keep it and refunded my money. Thankfully I still had time to order the easel again.

Yeah Hobby Lobby is my Disneyland. They have so much stuff and not just crafts. I got yarn (surprise surprise!!) and a few fall decorations that were on sale already.

Customer service was very helpful. They're sending me a replacement order and said to wait to hear from them about what to do with the wrong order. I"m sure the other lady is looking for her stuff too

Well, first of all, I hope you get it sorted out with Mary Maxim regarding the switcheroo and that they give you a mailing label in order to send it back (or send it to the other recipient). You should in no way be spending more money to fix this snafu, and I feel positive Mary Maxim will do the right thing given that they're a legit company. Still, it's a big disappointment when you're waiting for something, you receive the package, but the wrong stuff is inside. Regarding Hobby Lobby, when my husband hears me say, "I'm going to Hobby Lobby," I know he's thinking, "Oh, no..." LOL!
