I know some of you would like to see before and after pictures so I am posting the before picture at the top, then will comment with the after picture after someone comments so I can reply. (I don't know how to put two pictures together as one). 153 lbs down to 129. We had Canadian Thanksgiving this past Monday so I'm surprised I even lost a pound since the last time I checked my weight. If you want info on my journey check my other posts.

@patgalca That's quite a transformation. What's your goal?

@porwest My goal is less about weight and more about the fat around my middle, which has decreased considerably. So many things don't fit me now. I'm almost at the weight I was in high school!!!

Wow, you’ve come a long way. Congratulations. I haven’t seen any of your posts other than the book reviews. At least I don’t remember that I have.

Did you see the after photo I posted? It got pushed down. My journey explains how I have been doing the intermittent fasting. It's supposed to be the 8/16 method (8 hour eating window, 16 hours fasting), but I have managed to make it the 6/18 method.

@Kandae11 Thank you. I think I like about 20 years younger. However, the first picture I'm in the sun, my hair is all over the place and I'm possibly a little sunburned.

Congratulations! I have seen the after picture and you lost a lot of pounds. It is so good to see our efforts turning into good results. I know sometimes it can be hard but all we need to do is try and be brave to continue. And you are brave. There will be moments you will gain something, but relax, because you are focused and nothing will shake your confidence in continuing your journey for a better and healthy life! I wish you a lovely day!

Thank you for your kind words. I do not intend on stopping. Maybe decrease my fasting time though. It's so difficult to dress now because everything is just hanging off of me.

As the title says, Intermittent Fasting. I stop eating at 7pm and don't eat again usually from anywhere between 12 and 1pm. I was a big night time snacker and didn't think I would have the willpower to do this but I started slow and worked my way up. So my fasting period is 18 hours, eating window 6 hours.
