How do you know you're in love?

The heart tells when we're in love. In my case I knew I was in love for I feel happy when see the one I love. I also spent sleepless nights, tossing on bed and my mind wanted to capture the image of him.
Somehow, I want to tell myself I'm crazy for love. I absolutely agree love is like crazy. The worst is if it's a one sided love. Amen to that one sided love.

When I fell in love, I suddenly didn't want food for some reason. I had butterflies in my stomach, in a good way:) Seeing him, I felt a rush of warmth flowing out of my heart. I looked forward to seeing him again, at church!

I guess you have described well how it is to feel that you are in love.
I think that is universal to feel happy when you see him/her around. You may feel a bit crazy sometimes losing your sense especially when you are around that person. But those are just the first signs that you really love a person. You will know that you love that person if you are willing to sacrifice something just to be with that person.

@cacay1 I believe there is also a proverb to the effect that you should save some of your heart for yourself because if you give it everything of yourself and it doesn't work, you will only be crushed and hurt. The best way to love, in my opinion, is to first learn to love yourself, and then, if you have a lot of it, you can spread it to other people.

I feel regretful i never went through love,I don't know what's love.Although i got married many years ago,i was not sure whether the relationship between me and wife was love.We got married,then had a baby,everything was natural and clam.didn't taste great or remarkable,or crazy love.
