If you will be home for the holdays or even if you are going out or to someone's house..what will be on your Christmas menu.? Inquiring minds want to know. I am planning ham, a relish tray, broccoli rice casserole, sweet potato casserole, ham and probably rolls as well. Christmas cookies for dessert. What is on your Christmas menu? Oh, and probably cranberries too.

We are going to my daughter's home for dinner. I'm taking 1/2 ham sliced up, frosted raisin bread and four pies, two pumpkin and two pecan pies. My daughter is making sweet potato souffle and I don't know what else. An assorted relish tray is always a side dish.

Sounds good. How do you make frosted raisin bread! Is it just raisin bread with a glaze or what?

I have no idea. Claudia invited me for Christmas Eve and it usually depends on her mood whether she makes an awesome Christmas menu or a simpler barbecue. Still, it is wonderful.

Because of the extreme cold weather and the fact that there is hardly any money for any of my relatives to spend, my family will be home for Christmas.

I don't know, I plan to have a simple Christmas food only since I am not at home, I'm in the campus now. I want to go home but unable to go home as my family members got infected with Covid. Dad the only one so far who is negative so he not allows me to go home until everyone gets negative test.

I'm doing a spiral ham with all the sides. We do a buffet since there's too many of us for a sit-down dinner. Dessert is ice cream cake, cookies and cream puffs.

Hubby has not been eating much. He brought up the idea of my making tuna pot pies- individual ones- for Christmas Eve. That surprised me. So I will do that. If he eats a couple of bites, I will think it super. I have jarred Alfredo sauce for the pies. Christmas day dinner?? Maybe some lobster cake gizmos from the freezer. Nothing big and nothing elaborate and zero desserts except I do have some sugar cookies in the freezer for me.

My Aunt by marriage is Italian. We used to have various Italian foods and pizzles when we went there for Christmas, as well as some kind of chick pea dessert. I forgot the name.
