Hi friends, as we draw close to the New Year I wanted to ask if you have any resolutions? I don't make them myself but I do try to shape myself with microgoals that I track monthly. I have the usual - diet and exercise ones. This year I will add declutter somehow to my goals. I have a reading goal, and a new recipe goal, too. How about you? Photo: Pixabay user Pexels

I don't really make resolutions, but there are a lot of things I need to do in my life - to get done with once and for all. I think this will ease my stresses, thus making me healthier, then making me happier . . . just need to get super productive about it now.

Nothing wrong with that. I wish you well on making those positive changes. You can do it!

I always make new year resolutions but this year I haven't done it yet. Setting microgoals seems a good option.

@FayeHazel I think I will set 3 or 4 big goals and do some little goals just like you.

I wonder what you will choose to resolve for this year :-) Ah yes, I see more permanent changes with the little goals , myself :-)

I have none Faye..I find that way is going to help me more than burdening myself with more goals that I never can attain. I simply dont make them anymore.

That;s not a bad thing. In fact I think that sounds sensible.

I'm resolving to keep setting a good example. It's exhausting but someone has to do it.

@FayeHazel That is a very good question and I would answer it if this was my MyLot AfterDark Channel.

A good example for who though? Streakers? Rule breakers? Miscreants? Those wild bunch that listen to that , what is again Rock and Roll music?

I haven't made a resolution in years. I only keep the ones that I really wanted to do!
