Happy New Year for everyone!

How was your celebration, friends? Mine was with just Dixie and Humberto, but we had a nice time. They came to pick me up late because their son lives in Australia and wanted to talk with them and to wish them a Happy New Year as he was already in January. I had just discovered that the Bank had returned to me the money that that the Transbank machine did not give me in Aruba. It was $100 plus $5 for the transaction and after even going to the Arubian Bank I accepted that I had lost it. But still I then sent the ticket to my executive as my Credit card is from my Bank. So I decided that there was no better way to spent that money than to invite my friends to a wonderful lunch so that we did not have to start cooking at our arrival. We went to an awesome place that Humberto had heard about. And I discovered that they had several dishes that I had not had for a long time. I asked for abalone that we shared and then Humberto and I had lucsious steaks while Dixie had fish just the way she liked. I could not eat my whole steak (asked for a Doggy Bag) but still we had giant desserts. Humberto wanted to pay half of it but I said that if he did I would not have the feeling of being rich. And so I did and the Arubian return was spent in the best way. On arriving I took a long nap. There was no wifi at first and I was very sleepy in part from eating too much and in part from the altitude. At night we just had nice appetizers with cheeses, olives and Serrano ham. And of course a bottle of champagne. We called our loved ones and here I am, before breakfast, writing to my loved ones at mylot and wishing all of you a happy New Year.
