I am the proud owner of a brand spanking new dishwasher...yay!!! it has been a long haul with this situation, and so happy to have one now. I will never take for granted having a dihwasher again. So yay, and yay! Have you gotten any new appliances lately?

I am so glad you have a new one ready to be used. One of my freezer makes a weird sound, I cross my fingers.

Thanks, uh oh with the freezer. I was trying to set the DW for a one hour wash and it wouldn't move off of normal...hmm, I might have to call somebody about that. I live in fear of one of my big appliances breaking

Happy for you that the new dishwasher is installed and doing its job. My hubby picked up several packages of dishwasher cleaner tablets for me yesterday, as they have them at work. He gets a ridiculously low employee discount and I am trying to stock pile some of those goodies as his discount might vanish when he retires.

I wish I'd get a new dishwasher, one that's 6 foot tall, broad shoulders, narrow waist and strong arms .... it wouldn't hurt if he had a good sense of humor either

No, not lately but I've been washing dishes by hand here. The dish-washer didn't seem to want to work for us so it was easier just to do them by hand.

I've had a dishwasher for about fives years, we seldom use it. Jay and I don't have many dirty dishes, just the two of us. Enjoy your new dishwasher, I know that you will!

@snowy22315 When the men installed a dishwasher, I was so happy! Now, we seldom use it, which is no big deal. When we have company, it will be conveniently used.

I really appreciate having a dishwasher. I generally run it every other day. I feel like it sanitizes the dishes and I know it saves water. I hope yours turns out to be a good one for you and your family.
