Today I tried the rice and green peas with peanut butter as Kandase in mylot had hinted and it tasted good. In India we call in the coconut milk poloa. We put carrots, beans and green peas along with rice and cook the ingredients in coconut milk. I did spread some peanut butter over it. Along with that rice I had the chilli, honey cauliflower and potato pakora raita. I had prepared some masala kulcha for breakfast and I prepared the potato pakoras from the leftover smashed potatoes with spices. I haven't digested my lunch yet and therefore didn't take anything in the evening. I still have a masala kulcha left which I shall have for dinner with some dhania( coriander leaves) chutney.

@rakski What do you add to your dishes, black pepper or red chilly? I rarely use red chilly. I use green chilly.

Your dish sounds delicious. Rice with peanut butter should be a good combination. I love the Chinese glutinous rice balls with peanut butter as fillings.

That's lovely. That's a new dish to me. Are the rice balls prepared from rice powder?

wow, sounds very yummy, your dishes. I like to do the stir fried rice, with most of the veggies you mentioned there, but instead of using coconut milk or peanut butter, I use a tiny teaspoon or so of olive oil or canola oil.
