I had another full day off, yesterday. I had planned to mow grass and go fishing, however, I relaxed, I didn't do anything. Except.... I went visiting. I went by my best friends house and chatted with them, her husband has brain cancer. Helped her move the kids trampoline and helped her little girl pick up tree limbs and she always confides in me about " drama" in her life, she is 11 years old. Then she, the kid, got to show off her ability, she got on that John Deere and mowed her parents huge yard. I promised to take her fishing one day soon and I want her dad to go too. Of course my bestie will go too. I know the perfect place to go, it's mowed around and not far from their house. Later I went to Walmart and I heard someone call my name, it was Roberts son. I haven't seen him in ....7 or 8 months. We chatted briefly about his dad, I think he was relieved to hear that things aren't as bad as he thought, he said he thought it was worst but I assured him it's not. I was happy to see him. My boss, my older job, didn't put me on schedule this week, I was disappointed but I'm not fired, he is mad because I have another job. He shouldn't be because most all the employees have a second job. However, my new boss offered me a full time position, I took it. He said it wouldn't start for a few weeks but it's mine. I'm feeling less stressed. I give thanks to God. Life is good.
