I'm not sure I can be here as much as I want to. Our internet has been having problems since Monday but today, there is completely no internet access. I already reported this yesterday because of the intermittent and slow connection. Mobile data is not much of use when inside our house. So you see, I'm outside the house at the garage sitting on the floor while typing this. I'm hoping the internet problem I am having will be resolved soon

@toniganzon no, it does not happen often. Butfor the past three days, it has been slow in the morning. It is for onsite visit now yes, it is fiber

That is really very annoying losing service from your ISP. But I guess you need to be patient and persistent in following up with them. I hope they will fix your problems soon.
