The cool temperature has upset my health.

It rained yesterday that gave me respite from the heat but I am laid down with cold and fever today. I finding it hard to enjoy the cool wave. I had the lentil pancakes( moong ke roti in Hindi) both for breakfast and lunch. That decreased my work load. My body aches as I mylot and I have a flowing nose. Hope to feel better by tomorrow. I am taking crocin twice a day but the temperature is coming back. I am also taking home remedies for a soar throat and flowing nose which is starting the moment I am touching cold tap water.

The weather has no effect on people's health. It's usually a correlation, not a cause to why someone is ill. When its cooler virus tends to live longer their molecules slow down unlike when it's hot, they tend to speed up making their life cycle much shorter. Then there are allergies which can leave to colds at times usually because of sinuses.

@ShyBear88 Yes, there are a number of virus around other than corona virus that becomes active when the temperature reduces.

OH no, and I hope you feel better. I have never heard of a cool wave..but it is the opposite of a heat wave I guess.

I don't have any pain in my throat but my body aches when the temperature rises. I think it's viral or some fever becomes of the sudden drop in temperature.

I have been dealing with a stuffed up head and sore throat all day today.
