Yesterday was not too boring

The photo should show what I walked into my house to find yesterday afternoon. Helper guy was up on a ladder, in the middle of my little living room, installing the milk glass chandelier that should show up in the photo. I had this task on the docket but had no idea when the glass piece would go up. The Home Depot fan and its light are gone. Bye bye.
I went to my bank yesterday and patiently waited while the teller untangled my online banking mess and got my online access unlocked. Thank God.
I also put in thirty minutes of moving my stubborn joints in the kiddo pool. Whatever else I do, I must keep those knees and hips in some kind of tone otherwise the fall factor rises even higher. Moving my joints in warm water is like taking a giant shot of steroids. Better for me and the work gets done.
Today: Saturday. Our final blast of warm, sunny weather for around ten days. Computer says to also expect high winds. I need to go to a couple of stores so I hope not. Also must take very active Peter kitten out for a yard walk. Must do that says Peter kitten who has been in trouble at least twice for walking on the counter.

@Laurakerhunto Hi! It's a long story. Both of my knees are not in good shape. Neither is any part of my back or neck. I just keep working out in warm water so that my legs don't get too weak.

@sallypup do you have any medication that you use?
Am asking since in diabetic patients, they can develop neuropathy which is characterized with joint pains especially the knees .
I wish that the pain goes away I can understand how it feels since I had pain too on my pelvic but am now better I thank God

@Laurakemunto I am sorry that you've had pain. I use ibuprofen if the pain gets too intense. I had a horse accident years ago so my left patella is out of its proper place. I am not good with doctors. I do things like exercise in warm water instead.

Welcome to May. We have such high winds blowing it feels like you could spread your arms and fly with the birds, I am not a fan of such winds and hope they will die down soon, I wonder how Peter will react to the winds if they blow. I know my former cat Sid hated high winds.

I'm glad you went into the kiddo pool for your joints. I'm sure they thanked you for the warm water workout.
